Reolink Go only
Note: This guide is for Reolink camera when it's not starting up and not charging after working for some time
Before troubleshooting, please make sure you are using the correct and working charging cable. Please also check the status LED light, if the led light is totally off, please follow below steps to make troubleshooting:
1, Please remove the battery from the camera and keep the battery charging a few hours and put it back, then check if you can turn on the camera
2, If still can't be powered on, please reset the camera:How to Reset Reolink Go
3, If reset doesn’t work either, please remove the battery and charge the camera itself.
Please check if the LED light color. Is it red or blue or still off?
Red means the camera is waking up and you can hear " camera is starting up, please wait" voice and it will try to connect the network.
After about 5-8 seconds, the camera connected to the network, you will hear "network connection succeeded" voice.
If you can see LED lights from the camera, no matter it is red or blue, it may be the problem with the battery or the battery contact needle issue with the camera.
If you can't see any LED light( the led light is totally off), which means the camera is faulty. Please kindly report your test results to our support team, they will help you.
