This article will show you how to cancel your current cloud plan.

Currently, it's only supported to cancel your cloud plan via the web browser instead of the phone app.
Step 1. Log into your cloud account via the Web Browser.
Step 2. Select Cloud Dashboard on My Cloud Library page.
Step 3. Click button and select the Cancel Plan option, and then you need to check on the reason why you want to cancel this plan and OK, I got it. Click Yes, Cancel My plan to enter the next page.
Step 4. Cancellation Succeeded! Click OK to exit this page.
