Currently, it's only supported to cancel your cloud plan via the web browser instead of the phone app.
Step 1. Log into your cloud account via the Web Browser.
Step 2. Select Cloud Dashboard in My Cloud Library page.
Step 3. Click button and select Cancel Plan option, and then you need to check on the reason why you want to cancel this plan and OK, I got it. Click Yes, Cancel My plan to enter the next page.
Step 4. Cancellation Succeeded! Click Ok to exit this page.
Note: Please note that the cloud plan will take effect once you successfully pay for it, so even you didn't bind the camera to the cloud plan and use it, it will still be consumed. If you want to cancel the cloud plan, the prorated refund will be counted from the payment day, not day you start to use cloud.
