Applies to: Argus 2, Argus Pro, Reolink Go, Argus Eco, Argus PT, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 pro, Reolink E1 Zoom, and Reolink Lumus
Step 1. Log in your cloud account via Reolink App.
Step 2. Click button to enter your current plan page.
Step 3. Slide to the bottom of this page and click the Switch button to the Switch Plan page.
Step 4. Choose a suitable plan you want to switch, click Continue switching to the next page. Check OK, I got it and the terms/policy, and then click Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now button.
Step 5. And then you will enter the payment page, click Pay Now to pay for it.
Step 6. Payment Succeeded! You can bind the cameras to the account now.
- The switching of the new plan will not influence the camera you bind to the account before. You don't need to bind the camera again if you've bound it before.
- The recorded videos stored under your previous plan will be transferred to the new plan as it is. The deleted video can't recover in spite of the new plan you subscribe has a longer cloud video history.
