Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).

If you want to change your current Cloud plan to another one, please refer to the following steps. You can operate either via the website or Reolink App

On the website

Step 1. Log in to your Cloud account on the website and click Home > Cloud Dashboard.


Step 2. Click the Switch Plan under the cloud plan you want to change.


Step 3. Select a plan you want to switch to and click Continue to the next step.


Step 4. Select a device to work with the new plan, and click Next to make the payment. 


Step 5. Fill in the billing address, tick to confirm the policy, and click Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now to complete the payment. 



On the Reolink App

Step 1. Launch the Reolink App, and tap Cloud > Cloud Storage > Plan.


Step 2. Choose a plan that you would like to switch, and tap Switch.


Step 3. Select a storage location (optional) and choose a plan you want to change. 


Tap Continue to the next step. 


Step 4. Select a device to work with the new plan, and tap Next.   


Step 5. Fill in the Billing Address and tap Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now.


Step 6. Enter the payment page, and tap Pay Now to confirm payment.


  • If the balance in your Reolink Cloud account exceeds the value of the new plan, your overpayment will be refunded.
  • Switching plans will not unbind the camera already bound to the account. You don't need to bind the camera again. However, if you have bound more cameras than the new plan supports, the excess cameras will be automatically unbound.
  • Video recordings stored under your previous plan will be transferred to the new plan as it is. However, previously deleted videos can't be recovered, even if the new plan supports a longer cloud video history.
