If you want to change your current Cloud plan to another one, please refer to the following steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Cloud account via Reolink App.
Step 2. Tap the icon to enter your current plan page.
Step 3. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and tap Switch to enter the Switch Plan page.
Step 4. Select a plan, and tap Continue to go to the next page.
Step 5. Then you will enter the payment page. Tap Pay Now to confirm payment.
Note: If the balance in your Reolink Cloud account exceeds the value of the new plan, your overpayment will be refunded.
Step 6. Payment Succeeded! You can bind cameras to the account now.
- Switching plan will not unbind the camera already bound to the account. You don't need to bind the camera again. However, if you have bound more cameras than the new plan supports, the excess cameras will be automatically unbound.
- Video recordings stored under your previous plan will be transferred to the new plan as it is. However, previously deleted videos can't be recovered, even if the new plan supports a longer cloud video history.
