Please follow the steps below to configure the battery-powered cameras( Go and GO PT don't include) via Reolink Client:
Step 1. Launch Reolink Client application on your Mac and then click on Add Device.
Step 2. Enter the UID of the camera and press "Ok". You may refer to this to find the UID of your camera. Find UID of Reolink Products
Step 3. The camera will show up in the Client. Click on WiFi symbol.
Step 4. Check if you hear " Please run the app, add the camera and set it up" voice command. If you do, click YES.
Step 5. Type in the SSID and password of your wireless network.
Step 6. Face the lens of the camera to the WiFi QR code generated on your Mac screen to scan it. Click YES if you hear "Scan Succeeded".
Step 7. Then the camera will be configured and added successfully to the Reolink Client installed on your Mac.

My reolink will not connect to my internet. When I scan my camera into my phone it does not recognize it and it keeps telling me to " access my camera" but my camera is not communicating with my phone or internet.
