Reolink Argus1/Argus2/ Argus pro camera(s)
A: Make sure you get the latest version of Reolink Client from our website. (Version number is 220.127.116.11 or higher) If you are using the old version, it’s likely you will fail and get “login failed” instead.
B: Please make sure you have configured this camera successfully on the mobile app first. Otherwise, Add Argus via Reolink App.
Click “Add Device”, select “UID” as Register Mode, then input the UID of your camera into the box. Also, input the username (admin) and password. Name your camera on “Device Name”. After that, hit “OK” to log on.
If you encounter this error message "Failed: Internet access is required to add the camera", please check:
A. Do you have Internet access on this computer?
B. Have you entered the UID correctly?
If you get this message "Username or Password error", please click on the button to correct your login password or refer to the Forget password to reset it.
If you just see “Login failed", please check whether this camera is connected to the Internet. Or contact Reolink support.
The camera is added successfully to the client software.

Configure the WiFi setting of the camera
Enter Device Settings
Edit login information
Delete this device from the list
