Note: If you fail to play the cloud recordings via web page, it might because that the network is not good enough or the connection to the cloud server failed. Please make sure that the network connection is good.
The following steps describe how to view/download/delete the videos stored in the cloud via web page.
Step 1. Log in your cloud account in the link: https://cloud.reolink.com/
Step 2. Go to Select File(s) page to find the file you would like to play and click on it to proceed.
Step 3. Tap on Download or Delete to download or delete the recording.
