You may follow the steps below to find out online users of your Reolink cameras and NVRs via the web browser.
Applies to: All Reolink PoE NVRs and IP cameras except for all Reolink battery-powered cameras, Reolink WiFi NVR system, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, B400, D400, B500, D500, B800, D800, B1200, D1200 and Reolink Lumus
Step 1. Log in to your camera or NVR via a web browser and go to Device Settings > System > User Management page.
Step 2. Check the online users and find which IP is connecting to your camera or NVR on this page.
Note: As an administrator user, you can Disconnect the unwanted operators/common access users.
