Reolink Battery-powered cameras.
If the battery-powered camera stopped working, here are the suggestions for you to verify if the issue caused by the battery:
- Check the LED status:
For the battery-powered camera, you may go to the front of the camera to check if the status LED turn on when you install the battery.
For the Reolink Argus Pro/2 or the Reolink Go, you may take the rechargeable battery to charge it to check if the LED on the battery will turn on.
- Proper installation:
Check the if you install the battery well on the camera, ensure the battery touches the pins on the camera well.
- Check the Pins on camera:
Check if the pins were oxidation/rust, splitting or bending. And for the Argus Pro/2, ensure take off the plastic film on the pins before the installation.
- Swap testing:
If there is another working battery, please try to swap them to verify if the issue is on the battery.
- Battery information (only for Reolink Argus and Reolink Keen):
