Applies to: All Reolink Cameras.
Note: Resetting Reolink cameras will restore your device to factory default settings. For WiFi cameras, the WiFi configurations won't be deleted (expect battery-powered ones). You should reconfigure the device or you can load the configuration files you have backed up before the reset.
If you want to reset your IP cameras to factory defaults, you can use the following 3 methods.
Method 1: Reset Reolink Cameras by Pressing the Reset Button
The following ways show you how to reset different types of Reolink cameras by pressing the Reset button.

Method 2: Reset Reolink Cameras by Using Reolink Client
Step 1. Launch Reolink Client software on the computer and log in to the camera.
Step 2. Go to Device Settings interface.
Step 3. Select System -> Maintenance
Step 4. Click on Restore button to reset the camera, then click on OK to proceed. Wait for a moment until it finished.
Method 3: Reset Reolink Cameras by using Reolink App
Step 1. Launch Reolink App and login into your camera.
Step 2. Open Device Settings->More interface.
Step 3. Roll down the page, find and click the Restore button to reset the camera, wait for a moment until it finished.
After reset, the old password will be removed. Now you can log in with the default username and password.
Note: The default username is “admin”, and the default password is blank (no password).
