If you see Uninitialized device under your camera or NVR after adding them on Reolink App, please follow the steps below to initialize your device.
Step 1. Tap on your device in the device list to enter the Device initialization page. Create a login password for your device and then re-type to confirm it.
Note: This password will be required when you try to log into the camera on other devices.
Step 2. Name the camera, and then click Next to continue the Device Initialization.
Step 3. Your camera is initialized successfully, please click Use Now and enjoy your moment with Reolink!
