This issue caused by the DTS settings and you may follow the steps to fix it:
1. Tap "Synchronize Phone Time"
2. Enable "DST"
3. Tap on the "Save" icon on the top right

If it's not working, please go to DST Settings and set the DST accordingly, as you need to set the correct DST applied to your local in the App.
