Applies to: All Reolink cameras and POE NVRs except the battery-powered ones
You may follow the steps below to remotely access Reolink products via DDNS.
Step 1. Sign up and get a host name on No.IP. Click Sign Up and fill in the information accordingly.
After your account is activated, please click on My Account, and go to Dynamic DNS to check your host name.
Step 3. Configure DDNS on Reolink Client for your device.
Launch the Reolink Client and go to Device Settings >> Network Advanced >> DDNS, enable DDNS and choose no-IP as the DDNS Server type. Then input the Domain name, User Name, and Password and click OK to save the settings.
Step 4. Launch Reolink App, click the PLUS icon to add a new device, click Enter, tap UID to change into IP/Domain, type in the No-IP domain and click Done.
After your device has been successfully added, go back to Devices page, and tap the camera to log in. You may be prompted to input the correct password. After that, you should be able to remotely access you device via DDNS.
