Apply to: RLC-410, RLC-410S, RLC-410WS, RLC-420, RLC-423(external mic needed), C1, C2, Keen, Argus, Argus 2, Argus Pro, Reolink Go.
- Only models with mic (embedded or external) support audio.
- Make sure Reolink App on your mobile device is the latest version from Play Store/App Store.
Step 1. Launch Reolink App, add Reolink cameras to your App and tap on the camera icon to enter Live viewing.
Note: Please give it a few secs to open and load streaming.
Step 2. Tap on the Audio icon to turn on Audio when live viewing the images. Now you should have Audio coming out of your phone speaker. You can adjust the volume in your Phone system settings.
If there is no audio even you already adjust the volume to the highest, please turn to Step 3.
Step 3. Go to Device Settings >> Video & Audio, and make sure “Encode Sound” is turned ON.
