If you can access the camera locally, but can’t remotely log in over the Internet, you need to check if the camera’s Internet is OK or not. Refer to the steps below to proceed.
Applies to: All Reolink products except battery-powered cameras.
Step 1. Launch Reolink Client and log in to your camera, then go to the Device Settings page.
Step 2. Enter the System > Date & Time page, then click the Synchronize button under Network Time Protocol.
Note: If the prompt “Succeeded” pops up, it means that there is nothing wrong with the Internet, and the problem is lying in your device. If NTP fails, it means that the network is faulty.
