If the user can connect to camera locally, but can’t remotely login over the Internet, we need to check if the camera’s internet is OK or not. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Launch the Reolink client software on the computer, and go to “Device Settings”.
Step 2. Click “advanced” under “Network“.
Step 3. Click “Setup” next to “NTP”.
Step 4. Click “Synchronize”.
Step 5. If “NTP Settings succeed” is shown, it means the Internet doesn’t have a problem, the problem is the device. If NTP fails, it means the network has a problem.
