Applies to: Reolink Client on PC for Windows.
When the users download our Reolink Client on PC, some of them will fail in opening the Client.
For helping us to figure out the issue better, please find the error log of the application and send to us.
Step 1. Click on the search icon and type Event Viewer.
Click on the Search icon located in the taskbar. As soon as it pops up the search field, you can immediately start typing. Enter Event Viewer and watch the results unfold.
Step 2. Open Event Viewer: Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer.
Step 3. In Event Viewer, in the console tree, click Application. In the details pane, make sure that there are no errors reported in the application event log that indicate the restore was unsuccessful.
If you notice any events that disclose an error, double-click the event to open the Event Properties, and then read the description of the event. Referring to the picture below:
Step 4. Click the Copy, and send the Document of the information copied to us.
