You may sign up a Zendesk account and view the status of your ticket.
Step 1. Go to reolink.zendesk.com, click Sign in.
Step 2. If you don't have a Zendesk account, click Sign Up to create one.
Step 3. Type in a name and your email address, to which Zendesk will send a verification link.
Step 4. Click the link in the email and create a password for the account.
Step 5. Once you login, click your name on the top-right corner, go to My Activities. Then you will be able to see the details of all your tickets.
