You can sign up a Zendesk account and view the status of your ticket.
Step 1. Go to reolink.zendesk.com, click Sign in.
Step 2. If you don't have a Zendesk account, click "Sign Up" to create one.
Step 3. Type a name and email address in, then Zendesk will send a link to that email address.
Step 4. Click the link in the email to create a password for the account.
Step 5. Once you login, click your name on the top-right corner, go to "My Activities". Then you can see the details of all your tickets.
