This article will show you how to export/import configuration files and export diagnostic information, helping you ensure the normal use of Reolink NVR. To make it easier to follow, this Reolink tutorial is divided into two parts:

  1. Export Diagnostic Information (New UI)
  2. Export/Import Configuration Files (Old UI)

Note:

  1. Please insert a USB flash drive to the NVR USB port before importing/exporting configuration files or diagnostic information. And the NVR with the new firmware couldn't support the Import function.
  2. Refer to Comprehensive Guide to Reolink NVR Hardware Versions to identify whether the NVR is using the new or old user interface, or simply export the information directly from the NVR following the images below.

Reolink NVR Export Diagnostic Information (New UI)

Step 1. Log in to your NVR, and go to Settings > System.

Step 2. Click Maintenance button at the top of the screen, and then find Export Diagnostic Information in the Other column.

Step 3. Click Export Diagnostic Information, then click Export button to export diagnostic information.

Reolink NVR Export/Import Configuration Files (Old UI)

Step 1. Log in to your Reolink PoE NVR on your monitor, then go to Menu > System > Maintenance.

Step 2. Click Export/Import to enter the Import/Export Settings page.
