All Reolink NVRs and Cameras.
If you use Hotmail/Live Mail, then make sure you use Email Server (SMTP Server) information like below.
Server name: smtp.outlook.com
SSL or TLS: ON
Settings on email address account:
Step 1. Log into Outlook/Hotmail mailbox then click and choose “Options”.
Step 2. Find “POP and IMAP”, choose “Yes” of POP options.
Settings on Reolink Client
Step 1. Choose your camera and Click for further setting.
Step 2. Find E-mail Setup in “Advanced”.
Step 3. Choose E-mail “Setup” button for setting Outlook E-mail.
Step 4. Input SMTP Server, Port, Sender Address, Password and Recipient Address according to the information of “SMTP Setting” in Step 2. Click E-mail Test button then you will receive “Send Email Succeed” at the bottom of this page.
If test failed please double-check Email addresses and password.
And make sure your camera is properly connected to the network.
