QNAP can be used for storing recordings of Reolink cameras. You may follow the steps below to add Reolink cameras to QNAP.
Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and cameras except all battery-powered cameras, E1 and Lumus.
Note: TrackMix Wired LTE can only support this feature when using wired connection.
Before getting started, login to your device on the Reolink Client, go to Device Settings > Network > Advanced > Server settings to open relevant ports for the device. After opening the ports, do not forget to Save your configurations.
Note: You can also open the ports via Reolink NVRs or via the web browser, see: How to Configure Reolink Ports Settings.
You can add the camera to QNAP by Surveillance Station or QVR Elite.

If your camera is Duo WiFi/PoE, please refer to the following steps to add the camera to QNAP Surveillance Station twice via Reolink Protocol.
Choose Reolink for Camera Brand and Duo WiFi/PoE(CH1) for Camera Model, enter the camera name, IP address, username, password, and port number, click Next, and then configure again with the same settings, just pay attention to select Duo WiFi/PoE(CH2) this time.
If you click Test, it will pop up the following error message, please ignore it.
This is what it looks like after adding the camera twice to the QNAP:
Note:
- QVR Elite does not support adding a camera twice, in other words, if your camera is Duo WiFi/PoE, and you want to live view 2 lenses of the camera, please use Surveillance Station.
- If you use the ONVIF protocol to add a Duo WiFi/PoE (CH1) first, and then use the Reolink protocol to add Duo WiFi/PoE (CH2), you can also add two channels to the QNAP in this way.
