A watermark is a faint design or text placed over an image or document. When live viewing your cameras, you may notice a watermark on the top left of the image that can block some details. You can follow the steps below to remove the Reolink watermark while viewing your camera.

Applies to: All cameras except Argus 2, Argus Pro and camera with hardware version IPC_3816M

  • Via Reolink App

    Launch the Reolink App and log in to your device. Go to Device Settings > Display and find the Logo Watermark option, tap the button to disable it.

  • Via Reolink Client

    Launch Reolink Client and log in to your device. Click the Settings gear icon of your device. Go to the Display page. You will find a Watermark switch. Click the switch (turn it to grey) to hide the watermark.

  • Via Reolink Web browser

    Applies to: All Reolink cameras and Reolink NVRs except battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, and Reolink Lumus.

    Log in to your device via Web Browser. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page. Click Device > Display. You will find a Watermark switch. Click the switch (turn it to grey) to hide the watermark.

  • Via Monitor (Reolink NVR with New UI)

    Locate the menu bar on the monitor (the menu bar may be at the top or bottom depending on your NVR version; please refer to your specific NVR interface). Go to Settings > Camera, select your camera, then click Display. Toggle the Watermark switch to grey to hide it.
