You may charge Reolink battery-powered cameras via a power adapter or solar panel.
Applies to: All Reolink Battery-powered cameras.
For cameras with an embedded battery
Method 1: Charge the Camera with a DC adapter
Method 2: Charge the Camera with a Reolink Solar Panel
Note: The orange battery indicator light means the battery is charging. And the green light means the battery is fully charged. We do not recommend that you operate the camera constantly plugged in because that will shorten the battery life.
For Argus 2 / Argus Pro
The battery of Argus 2 and Argus Pro can be removed from the camera. The charger of the camera is a USB adapter (DC 9V/5A) which is commonly used for smartphones (not included in the box). A micro-USB cable is included in the box.
You may refer to the following three methods to charge Argus 2 and Argus Pro.
Method 1: Pull out the battery and open the charging port, then connect the battery with the USB adapter via a USB cable and plug it into the electrical outlet.
Method 2: Directly plug the camera into the USB adapter (then to the electrical outlet) for working & charging.
Method 3: Charge the camera with Reolink Solar Panel (needs to be purchased separately).
For Reolink Go / Reolink Go Plus / Reolink Go Ultra
The battery of Reolink Go, Reolink Go Plus and Reolink Go Ultra is also removable. You may also refer to the following three methods to charge them.
Method 1: Charge the Battery Separately
Open the back cover by twisting it a little, then pull out the battery. Connect the battery with the USB adapter via a USB cable and plug it into the electrical outlet.
Method 2: Charge the Camera with the Battery Inserted in
Method 3: Charge the Camera with Reolink Solar Panel
