All Reolink Products( except battery-powered cameras)
There are 3 ways for users to record video from the camera to your PC via Reolink Client. Before you set up the video recording and playback of your Reolink camera, you need to update your Reolink App and Client to the latest version.
Preparation: Launch the Reolink Client and log in your camera, enter the “Local Settings“ >> “Record Settings” page on the right-upper corner. Choose the “Record Path” for the manual record and schedule record.
Back to the Live View page and click the video icon" to start recording.
And you may click it again to end recording then you may find a pop-up window on the right-bottom corner on the desk to show the path you save.
Click the “Setup” button for “Record Schedule“, you may configure the schedule as you need for “Normal“, “Motion” and “None“. Then click the OK to save and check/uncheck the “Enable” box to enable/disable the scheduled recording.
Note: The schedule recording is valid for all the cameras you log in on the Reolink Client.
Record to FTP Server:
Users may record the video via the uploading on FTP.
Completing FTP setting information, schedule FTP upload, then Click “Test” to check if FTP is setup successfully.
