Reolink accepts changing your shipping information within 24 hours from the order date. Please follow below steps to update your order:
1. Apply for update
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with below information:
Update details: your original address and the new address
1) We can change the street or zip code directly within information you provided
2) If you want to change the country, we suggest cancelling the order and make refund directly, then you may place new order within the new country.
2. Wait for shipment
After the update is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 48 work hours.
