When you contact Reolink Support to request a refund or replacement and a final warranty agreement is reached, Reolink warranty group agent will send you an RMA solution email for your order.

You will receive an email titled "Action Required: Please Confirm Your RMA Solution Promptly" (If you cannot find it in your new emails, check the spam folder).

Step 1: Log in to the RMA Portal

  • Click "RMA Portal" to access the RMA login page.
  • Enter the email address you used to contact Reolink warranty team, then click "Send Code".
  • Copy and paste the verification code you receive to access your RMA solution page.

Step 2: Review & Confirm the RMA Solution

  • Locate the in-progress RMA solution (includes all incomplete RMA orders under your email).
  • Select the one you need to handle and click "Enter".
  • Carefully review the solution details:
    • If all information is correct, click "Agree" to confirm.

    • If the warranty info is incorrect or you would like to make some changes, click "Disagree" to reject the RMA solution, and leave your comment with the solution you desire. See "How to reject a warranty solution?" in Frequently Asked Questions About Reolink Warranty Procedure.

Step 3: Select a Return/Replacement Method

  • If your RMA request is a return for refund, you'll go directly to Step 5. 
  • If your RMA request is a return for replacement, after confirmation, you’ll need to select one of two Replacement options:
    • Option 1: Standard-Return First,Then Replacement (Recommended).
    • Option 2: Advanced-Replacement First, Then Return (Paypal Pre-authorization Required).

Step 4: Confirm or Edit Your Shipping Address

  • Confirm or enter your shipping address.
  • If necessary, click the Edit Address button to modify your shipping address to receive the replacement.
  • Important: The shipping country cannot be changed and must remain the same as the original order's shipping country. Because replacement shipments can only be sent to the same country as the original order.

Step 5: Ship Your Return & Submit Information

  • Ship your product to the provided Reolink warehouse address (visible on Submit Required Information page) using a trackable and cost-effective shipping method.
  • After shipping, enter the return tracking number and upload the postage receipt, click Submit to finish the return process.  
  • If a make-up payment is required (e.g., for shipping fees or replacement fees), please enter your transaction ID and upload the payment screenshot after paying the supplementary payment.
  • If you selected Option 2 in Step 3:
    • You'll need to first confirm your shipping address and complete the Pre-authorization Agreement to have the replacement shipped immediately.
    • You must return the original product and upload the return information on the RMA page to finish the return process within 25 days. The pre-authorized hold will be fully released or refunded to your original payment method once we receive the return.

Step 6: Await Your Replacement or Refund

  • After completing all steps, please wait for your replacement to be shipped or for your refund to be processed.
