Reolink provides a 2-year warranty and 30-day return & refund for Reolink products under Reolink Warranty Policy. For return & refund of Reolink products, please refer to the table below for the freight responsibility under different conditions, which only applies to the orders placed on Reolink website:
If your product is in the condition that enables you to return and refund under the above policy, please follow the steps below to proceed.
Step 1. Contact Reolink for request and authorization
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the below information:
Step 2. Get the return address and RMA No. from Reolink.
Reolink support team will offer you the address of the warehouse closest to you and the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 2 business days upon your request.
Step 3. Prepare your package for return
Carefully pack all products and accessories in the original packaging, insert all paperwork that was included during the request of return, and attach your RMA# to the package.
Step 4. Ship your package and update the tracking information
After you shipped out the package, please update the tracking no. and tracking link.
Step 5. Get a refund after the package is received
Reolink customer support team will proceed with the refund to your PayPal account within 24 hours after the package is received.
