You may refer to the following steps to manually reboot your Reolink NVR/camera via Reolink Window Client.
Step 1. Launch your Reolink Client and log in to the camera/NVR, then go to Device Settings -> Reboot page.
Step 2. Click on the Reboot button to reboot your camera/NVR.
