Here we will guide you to quickly reset cameras like Reolink Keen, C1, C2, C1 Pro and C2 Pro in three steps.
Step 1. Insert a pin or needle into the reset hole.
Step 2. Press and hold for about 10 seconds, then release it.
Step 3. The camera will give reminders of reset.
- For Reolink Keen, it will sound the prompt “Factory reset succeeded”.
- For C1, C2, C1 Pro and C2, it will start to pan & tilt.
After reset, your camera will return to factory defaults. You can log in with the default username and password. Want to set a new password? Check details in:

Note: The default username is “admin”, and the default password is blank (no password).
