1. Contact Reolink for Request and authorization

2. Get return address and RMA no.
Reolink customer support team will offer you shipping address and RMA# after authorization within 2 business days upon your request.
3. Prepare your package for return
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your RMA# to the package.
4. Ship your return and update the tracking information
After you ship out the package, please update the tracking no. and tracking link.
5. Get shipping update and tracking no.
After the defective item arrives in warehouse, Reolink customer support team will ship out the replacement and upate the tracking no. within 3 business days.
