Reolink offers invoice for orders placed on Reolink official website.
After completing your payment, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your billing email. This email includes your Order Number (typically pure digits and appears after the text “Order#”), and ordered item(s) and other order details.
This order confirmation email can be considered as order invoice.
Troubleshooting: If You Didn’t Receive the Order Confirmation Email
If you don’t receive the email, you may:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify if you used an alternate email address
- Confirm whether the email was entered correctly during checkout
Download Your Invoice from Your Reolink Account
In case you didn’t receive the order confirmation email, you can find and download your order invoice from your Reolink account.
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account.
- If you registered a Reolink account before purchase, or the billing email was entered correctly, you shall be able to see Order History in your Reolink account.
- If you don’t have a Reolink Account yet, please register using the same billing email address you used when placing the order — this will allow the system to locate your purchase.
Step 2. Go to Orders to view the order details and click download-invoice.
