Learn how to change the camera order and remove devices from your Reolink Home Hub. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to customize your camera preview layout and manage connected devices, enhancing your surveillance efficiency.

Here are the specific instructions for adjusting the camera order and removing a camera from the home hub, divided into three parts:

1. Access Home Hub Settings

1. Access Home Hub Settings

To begin with, launch the Reolink app and tapenter hub settings iconnavigate to the Home Hub’s settings. Within the Devices section, locate and tap on the Edit button to enter edit mode.

2. Customize Device Display Sequence

  • Change Reolink Camera Order: Intuitively organize your surveillance layout by tapping and dragging the cameras' adjust camera order on home hub icons to your preferred sequence. The display follows a pattern progressing from left to right and then top to bottom. As illustrated below, the Argus 4 Pro is succeeded by the E1 Pro, and finally the Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi-W. Upon satisfaction, confirm your changes by tapping Done.
  • Note: These customizations are specific to the smartphone you are currently using, ensuring a personalized viewing experience without affecting the configurations of other users.

3. Remove a Device from the Reolink Home Hub

Important Consideration: Once a camera is added to the Hub, it is assigned a new, undisclosed password by the Hub. Post removal, be aware that the camera will inherit this password set by the Home Hub. Consequently, attempting to access the camera directly might result in a password error.

You can follow the steps below to proceed.

Situation 1: Your camera is not connected to the Home Hub's Wi-Fi.

If you want to use the camera in standalone mode, you can choose Standalone Use. Then you can still use the camera normally after completing the setup.

If you want to delete the camera and do not need to use it, you can choose Not Use.

Situation 2: Your camera is connected to the Home Hub's Wi-Fi.

When you tap trash can icon.png to delete the camera, your interface will appear as shown in the image below. If you tap Delete directly, your camera will go offline after the deletion.

If you want to use the camera in standalone mode. You can access the camera Wi-Fi settings > tap Switch to another network to change the camera's Wi-Fi. Then proceed with the deletion. The following steps will be the same as in Situation 1.
