Dear Reolinkers,
We fully understand that SIM card connectivity services play an important role in the overall performance of Reolink cellular cameras. In the past few months, we have been working with global network carriers to improve the user experience.
During this process, we received an important update from Vodafone that, from August 1, 2024, the Vodafone Smart SIM connectivity service in the UK and some other countries and regions in Europe* (Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, and the Czech Republic) will end. Reolink will be affected as we worked together to launch 4G cellular cameras with Vodafone Smart SIM previously. Any Reolink cellular camera using a Vodafone Smart SIM will no longer stay connected to cellular networks.
However, this does not mean that your Reolink cellular cameras will become bricks. As the SIM slots in Reolink 4G cellular cameras are accessible and open, the Vodafone Smart SIM can be removed and replaced with a SIM and connectivity plan offered by another provider. With the SIM cards swapped, you will have your device function as usual. Learn How to Remove SIM Card from Reolink 4G Cameras
To ensure that Reolink cellular cameras deliver the most reliable performance, we recommend the network carriers listed below.
United Kingdom: O2, EE, Vodafone (Prepaid SIM card ONLY), JT
Germany: Telekom (4G LTE ONLY), Vodafone
Greece: Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind
Italy: Vodafone, 3, Wind, Iliad
Portugal: MEO, WTF, Vodafone, NOS
Republic of Ireland: Vodafone (4G LTE ONLY), Three (4G LTE ONLY)
Spain: Vodafone, Hits Mobile, Simyo, Orange

If you prefer SIM services from Vodafone, you may choose other prepaid SIM cards (Smart SIM excluded) from them for your 4G cameras.
Reolink is always ready to help if you have any questions or require any further information. Feel free to contact us at any time.
Regards,
Reolink Support Team
