Step 1: Power on Your Home Hub

  1. Plug in the power adapter to turn on your home hub.
  2. Locate the reset hole, which is below the Power Input.

Step 2: Press the Reset Button

  1. Use a reset pin or a straightened paperclip to press and hold the reset button.
  2. Continue holding the reset button until you hear a short ringtone.
  3. Release the reset button after the ringtone.

Step 3: Set Up the Home Hub

  1. The reset process is now complete.
  2. Use the Reolink App to scan the Home Hub's QR code and follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.
