The latest Reolink PC Client v8.19.5 includes an updated tooltip to help users better understand the “Record Audio” toggle.

Previously, the “Record Audio” toggle in the Reolink Client indicated that it would affect both Live View and recorded videos. However, as the behavior now varies by device model, the tooltip has been revised in Reolink PC Client v8.19.5 to reflect this.
Current Logic:

The “Record Audio” toggle will always determine whether audio is included in video recordings.

Whether it also affects Live View audio depends on the specific device model.
We recommend referring to the tooltip displayed in your Reolink Client, which now shows the model-specific behavior accurately.
