  • What is the maximum distance between the Reolink doorbell and the Reolink Chime?

    100 meters without obstruction.

  • Can I add the Reolink doorbell camera to an existing transformer?

    Reolink doorbell camera is compatible with the power supply system of the existing mechanical doorbell.

  • Can I use the Reolink doorbell camera with third-party chimes?

    Reolink wired doorbell camera is not compatible with chimes from other brands. Reolink Chime is not compatible with other brands of doorbell cameras.

  • Can I control the volume of the Reolink Chime?

    Yes, you can control the volume of the Reolink Chime by pressing its volume button or setting it up via Reolink software. Please refer to How to Set up Reolink Chime 

  • What is the decibel level of the Reolink Chime?

    The sound of the Reolink Chime is about 100 dB.

  • Can I add multiple Reolink Chimes to one Reolink doorbell camera?

    Reolink Chime is available in two versions (V1 and V2), each with distinct functionalities. The V1 doorbell is compatible only with the V1 Chime, whereas V2 and V3 Doorbells are compatible with V2 Chime. These combinations are not interchangeable. Each Reolink Chime can only be paired with one doorbell at a time, meaning multiple doorbells cannot share the same Reolink Chime.
    • V1 Doorbells support connection to a single Reolink Chime.
    • V2 and V3 Doorbells can pair with multiple Reolink Chimes, up to a maximum of five.

  • Can I bind the Reolink doorbell camera to the Reolink Cloud?

    Only the Wi-Fi version and the battery version support Reolink Cloud. The PoE version does not support Reolink Cloud.

  • Will my phone receive a call if someone presses the doorbell?

  • Does Reolink doorbell cameras work with Reolink NVRs?
