Before changing your Wi-Fi frequency band via web browser:

Please ensure that your camera firmware is up to date and that you log in to your camera's web interface. You can check for the latest firmware version at Reolink Download Center.

 

Step-by-step guide for changing your camera's Wi-Fi frequency band:

1. Click on reolink web browser settings icon in the top-right corner to access “Settings”, navigate to the "Network" and click on the reolink web browser settings icon of  "Wi-Fi" section to enter the Wi-Fi settings page.

2. Locate the "Wi-Fi Band Preference" option, where you'll find three choices: "Auto," "Only 5GHz," and "Only 2.4GHz." If your router supports dual-band Wi-Fi, select the appropriate frequency band according to your preferences:
"Auto": Allow the camera to automatically select a Wi-Fi frequency channel for connection.
"Only 5GHz": Change Wi-Fi to 5GHz frequency band.
"Only 2.4GHz": Change Wi-Fi to 2.4GHz frequency band.
