  • Where do I need a Reolink account?

  • Why can’t I see my device after logging into my Reolink account?

This could be because your device isn't associated with your Reolink account yet. If it's already associated, you can see your device on the homepage and access it after entering your login password.

To associate your device with your account, there are three ways: a. Link your camera to Cloud; b. Enable the Smart Home feature of your camera; c. Use View service (if your device belongs to the TrackMix series).

  • How can I disconnect the camera from my Reolink account?

To disconnect your camera from your Reolink account, log in to the Reolink app, delete the camera, and it will automatically unlink from both Cloud and Smart Home services: How to Delete Cameras/NVRs from Reolink App

  • Can I log in to my Reolink account on different phones at the same time?

Yes, you can.

  • How can I check if my email address is registered for a Reolink account?

If you attempt to log in to your Reolink account with your current email address and receive a "User not found" error message, it means your email address is not registered for a Reolink account.
