1. If the camera continuously emits a beep sound or a voice prompt indicating a configuration wait, even after a reset, is this behavior normal?

This is normal. The voice prompts are designed to provide status updates during the initial setup process. When the camera repeatedly emits a beep sound or a welcome voice prompt, it is indicating that the camera is in a "waiting for configuration" state. In this situation, resetting the camera is not necessary.

2. When I hear a beep sound and a welcome voice prompt, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Reolink App: Open the Reolink App on your mobile device.
  2. Scan the QR Code: Use the App to scan the QR code on the camera’s body.
  3. Complete Initialization: Follow the on-screen instructions in the App to complete the configuration process.
