If you want to hide the blank channels or reorganize the camera order of your NVR's device list page via Reolink App, the channel list feature can be of help. This article will show you how to use the channel list feature on the Reolink App.
Applies to: All Reolink NVRs.
Step 1. Login to your NVR on the Reolink App, and go to Device Settings > Channel List.
Step 2. On the Channel List page, use the icons beside each channel.
- Writing board icon: Tap to rename the camera.
- Eye icon: Tap to hide the camera on the device list page.
- Lines icon: Tap to adjust the camera order on the device list page.
Below is what the device list page looks like. The changes you make will be only reflected on the device list page of your Reolink App.
Notes:
1. When the doorbell camera is connected to the NVR, it is by default displayed as channel 1 in the Reolink App, with no option to change it. This is because the doorbell is installed at the front door, which is considered a crucial surveillance area.
2. The channel order of the cameras on the NVR does not correspond directly to the network ports they are connected to, the channels are assigned randomly.
