It's essential to be alerted when your camera's battery is running low so that you can recharge it promptly and keep it operational. To stay informed and charge it ASAP, setting up a low battery alert may be helpful. Refer to How to Get Low Battery Alert via Push on Reolink App.
If you encounter issues related to low battery mode, here are some steps to quickly resolve them:
1. Receive Low Battery Alert Despite Charging with a Solar Panel:
- Charge the camera with a DC 5V 2A power adapter first.

2. Battery Still Low After Charging with a DC Power Adapter:
