Your Order ID is an essential tool for accessing order details and warranty information. You can locate your order ID on the platform where you made the purchase. Here’s how to find it:

Reolink Official Website
After completing your payment, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your billing email. This email includes your Order Number (Order ID), which is typically 7 digits and appears after the text “Order#”. For example, Order#1234567, the 1234567 is the Order ID.
If you don’t receive the email, you may:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify if you used an alternate email address
- Confirm whether the email was entered correctly during checkout
In case you didn’t receive the order confirmation email, here are two methods to locate your Order ID.
Method 1: Check Your Payment History
If the billing email address was entered incorrectly, you will not receive the order confirmation.
In this case, you can check your payment history.
Some payment methods display “WC-7 digits,” where the 7 digits represent your Order ID.
If your payment method does not show this, you can contact our support team for help locating your Order ID, to help us locate Order ID, please provide any of the following:
- Email address used for the order
- Recipient name
- Transaction ID
- Tracking number of your order
Method 2: Check Your Reolink Account
If you registered a Reolink account before purchase, or the billing email was entered correctly, we recommend finding your Order ID directly in your Reolink account.
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account.
Note: If you didn't register before you place the order (place the order as a guest), please use your order's billing email address to register Reolink account. The system will automatically sync the order history under your billing email address (need to finish email verification first).
Step 2. Go to Orders to view the order details.

Amazon
In most cases, you can find your order history in your Amazon account. If you have any difficulties locating your Order ID, we recommend contacting Amazon’s after-sales service for assistance.
Step 1. Log in to your Amazon account.
Step 2. Go to Your Orders.
Step 3. Click View Order Details next to the order, and then you'll find the order number.
The format is typically 123-1234567-7654321. Order invoice like below

eBay
In most cases, you can find your order history in your eBay account. If you have any difficulties locating your Order ID, we recommend contacting eBay’s after-sales service for assistance.
Step 1. Log in to your eBay account.
Step 2. Select Purchase History.
Step 3. Find your item in the list.
Step 4. Select View order details, and then you'll find the order number.
The format is usually 12-12345-54321.

AliExpress
In most cases, you can find your order history in your AliExpress account. If you have any difficulties locating your Order ID, we recommend contacting AliExpress’s after-sales service for assistance.
Step 1. Log in to your AliExpress account.
Step 2. Go to "Orders", and then click "View all", then you’ll find the order ID.

Kaufland, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Best Buy
Platforms such as Kaufland, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Best Buy may have both online and offline stores in different countries.
If you purchased from their online store, please:
- Log in to your account on their website.
- Go to Order History to locate your purchase details.
- Download or retrieve the order invoice directly from there.
- If you have trouble finding it, we suggest contacting their customer service team, who will be able to assist you in retrieving the invoice.
If you purchased from their offline store, you should receive an invoice receipt from them, the paper invoice receipt should include the order ID, if no order ID is included, provide the paper invoice receipt as warranty.

Third-Party Sellers
If you purchased from a third-party reseller's website, such as that, some websites may look very similar to Reolink, and you might have mistakenly thought it was Reolink.com.
Please note that orders placed through third-party sellers will not sync with our system, as their websites and order systems are completely separate from Reolink.com.
To locate your order details, we suggest you return to the third-party reseller’s website and visit their support or order lookup page for assistance in finding your order ID.

Camera Received as Gift or Pre-installed by Owner/Previous Owner
If you received the camera as a gift or it was pre-installed by the original owner or a previous owner, please check with them directly to obtain the order invoice, as it is required for warranty purposes.
Alternatively, if it’s possible, you may provide us with any of the following details so we can attempt to locate the order in our system:
* Their email address used to place the order,
* Their full name of the purchaser, or
* The tracking number, if the parcel was shipped directly to your address.
However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate the order ID, even if you provide this information. Since the original purchase platform is unknown, our system only contains order records from official Reolink stores or authorized sales channels.
In particular, if the camera was pre-installed by a previous owner, we strongly recommend requesting the order invoice from them before you move in, as this will be essential for warranty verification.
