This article will guide you on canceling Reolink View Service.

Applies to: All Reolink 4G cameras that support Reolink View Service.

Devices that must use Reolink View Service will be given X GB of free data per year which will be equally divided by month and sent to your device. (The amount of free data varies from product models.)

If you need more data per month, you can purchase the Reolink Prepaid View Plan.

You are free to cancel the Prepaid View Plan anytime you want, which will not affect the monthly free data allocated.

Instructions below will show you how to cancel Reolink View Service via Reolink Website and Reolink App.

Via Reolink Website

Step 1. Open Reolink Cloud Website, log in to your Reolink account, and go to My Cloud > Cloud Dashboard.

Step 2. Click Reolink View Service, find the plan that you want to cancel, and click the three-dot icon on the right side to cancel it.

Via Reolink App

Step 1. Launch Reolink App and log in to your Reolink account.

Step 2. Go to Cloud > Reolink View Service.

Step 3. Tap the Prepaid View Plan

Step 4. Tap the three-dot icon on the right side to cancel the plan.
