To manage (play back, download) the encrypted cloud videos (should be valid), you need to enter the protection code.
If you forget your protection code, you can reset it. Attention, videos protected with the forgotten protection code will no longer be accessible. However, if you recall the protection code at a future time, you will be able to access these encrypted videos. Therefore, it’s important to remember your protection code.
If you access the cloud library on the web page:
Once the protection code is entered, you can manage videos in the current accessing session without entering the code again. However, if you close the web page and access it later, you will need to enter the protection code again.
If you access the cloud library via Reolink App:
Once the protection code is entered, you will be able to manage videos or cloud settings on the current device without entering the code again. However, if you navigate away from the cloud interface (e.g., return to the main App screen or a different section of the App), you will be required to re-enter your cloud data protection password to access your cloud videos again.
