The Status LED on the camera indicates the network connection status. You can turn it on or off via a web browser.
Applies to: E1 Zoom, E Series E340, E1 Outdoor, E Series E540, E1 Outdoor PoE, E Series E560P
Method 1
Step 1. Input the IP address of your camera on the browser address bar and log in to your camera.

Note: Make sure your PC is connected to the same router as your camera.
Step 2. Go to Advanced Settings > Status LED. Click the drop-down to turn On or Off the status light for the camera.

Step 1. Click the Device Settings button on the top right corner.
Step 2. Go to Camera > Light > Status LED. Click the button to enable (blue) or disable (gray) the status light for the camera.
