When someone presses the doorbell button, a short ringtone will sound from the doorbell. You can enable/disable such a ringtone for your doorbell via different platforms.
Applies to: Reolink Video Doorbell PoE, Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi, Reolink Video Doorbell (Battery).
1. On the Reolink App (App version 4.37 or later)
Step 1. Launch Reolink App and login to your camera.
Step 2. Click the Camera Settings icon and go to Audio, tap Doorbell Button Sound to enable/disable it.
2. On the Reolink Client (Client version 8.8.5 or later)
Step 1. Launch the Reolink Client and login to your camera. Then click the Device Settings gear icon.
Step 2. Go to Camera > Audio. Click the Doorbell Button Sound to enable/disable it.
3. On an NVR (NVR firmware version v3.2.0.226 or later)
Note: Only NVRs specified in Which NVRs Support Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi works with Doorbell cameras.
Step 1. Log in to the doorbell camera on the NVR monitor, then click the Settings icon on the screen.
Step 2. Choose the channel of the doorbell camera. Go to Camera > Audio and Light. Turn on (Blue) the Doorbell Ringing Volume button to enable it. Click it again to turn it off.
4. On a web browser
Step 1. Input the IP Address of your camera on a web browser and log in to your camera.

Note: Make sure your PC is connected to the same router as your camera.
Step 2. Click the Device Settings gear icon on the top right corner.
Go to Camera > Audio. Turn on (Blue) the Doorbell Ringing Volume button to enable it. Click it again to turn it off.
