  • Do Reolink Battery-Powered Cameras Support Web Access?

Short Answer: No — but there’s a workaround.

Direct web access is not supported on stand-alone battery-powered cameras due to hardware and power-saving limitations. You can still enjoy browser access by adding supported battery-powered Wi-Fi models to a Reolink Home Hub or Reolink NVR. Refer to Do Reolink Battery-Powered Cameras Support Web Access

For most users, the Reolink App and Client remain the most effective tools for managing battery cameras.

  • Which Web Browsers do Reolink Cameras/NVRs Support?

It is suggested to use Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, which have been fully tested to be working with our cameras. As for other web browsers, we cannot guarantee every function fully works.

Note:  You can't use Safari on your iPhone to access Reolink cameras/NVRs, and it may also fail with Safari on iPad. But it will work well with Safari on Mac.
