If you want your camera to return automatically to monitor a certain place, e.g. your garden after it has panned or tilted to face other directions, you could resort to setting up a monitor point.

This article will show you how to set up the monitor point for the camera on a web browser. You can follow the guide step by step.
Step 1. Input the IP Address of your camera on a web browser and log in to your camera.

Note: Make sure your PC is connected to the same router as your camera.
Step 2. Click the drop-down arrow to unfold the PTZ menu on the live-view page, and use the pan/tilt/zoom function to aim your camera's view at a specific area that you want to set as a monitor point. Then click Monitor Point.
Step 3. Now you will enter the monitor point settings page.
- The image is the place your camera is directed at. If not, click it to refresh the image.
- Click Reset Monitor Point to set the current position as the monitor point.
- Return to Monitor Point: Click it and your camera will return to the monitor point immediately.
- Auto: Enable it so that your camera will return to the monitor point after the camera stops panning or tilting.
- Intervals: Time interval (10-300 seconds) between the camera stopping pan/tilt and the camera returning to the monitor point.
