If you want to clear the temporarily generated data on Reolink App to get the App work more smoothly, refer to the steps below.

For Reolink App on iPhone:

Step 1. Launch Reolink App and tap the three lines button on the top left. Then tap Settings.

Step 2. Tap the arrow on Clear Cache. You will see how large the cached data is. Tap the button to clear it.

For Reolink App on Android phone:

You cannot clear the cache directly in the Reolink App for Android phones. Besides, for different brands of Android phones, the way to clear the app cache is different. Here is a possible solution: Go to the phone's Settings > App Manager > Reolink > Clear Data > Clear Cache.
